Alright, so you've stumbled upon 'Coles Legacy, Part 1,' and the icon for this mission is that black exclamation point on a yellow background. When you kick things off, you'll get a call from a guy named Raymond Wolfe. He's Sebastian Wolfe's brother from way back in inFAMOUS 2, and he needs your help finding his latest story, which has been snagged by the DUP. He's left a trail of fish stickers to guide you, so your first stop is the bulletin board right in front of you to snag the first sticker.

The deal with these stickers is pretty simple: if one's facing up, you go straight. If it's pointing elsewhere, you head in that direction. Honestly, the easiest way to find the story is to just head into the big grassy area and keep moving away from the water. You'll bump into some DUP soldiers along the way, and you can totally sneak up on them to take them out quietly.

Eventually, you'll hit a larger group of DUP agents. Your job here is to take them all down. Once the area is clear, make your way over to the rocks that show up on your map. You'll need to press the Touch Pad to grab Raymond's story piece. Just listen to the recording, and boom, mission accomplished!
