Part 3

Mission #1: Head to Georgetown to start a chase with Celia. Investigate a burning car, take pictures, and collect evidence (origami dove, campaign picture). Sync at the marker, then go online. Find the number at the bottom of the origami dove and input it into the DUP Intranet to get surveillance footage of Celia’s cell. Find two more origami doves and clues (webs with numbers) on walls. Match the numbers on the doves to the numbers on the webs to get two 11-digit codes for the DUP Intranet. The first code gives a report on Hank Daughtry. Use the case number from the Hank report to find a picture of a surveillance camera with an ID number. Input this number into Delsin’s phone on the main Paper Trail page to finish the mission.

Mission #2: Track down a hidden camera at the designated location. Collect its data by getting close and then upload it to your online profile. Hack into the camera by completing a seven-level hex puzzle mini-game. Match the colors on the hexagon borders and use the numbers to move hexes. Gray hexes can connect any color. You have three reloads per puzzle. If stuck, restart the level. After clearing the puzzles, watch a video and note the license plate number of the vehicle. Then, access the Software Patch to find a website. Input the license plate number on the website to trigger the end of the mission.

Mission #3: Head to the marker to check on Senator Winegard, who is being hit by an exploding car. You have the choice to either kill him or heal him. Collect the two pieces of evidence at the scene (poster and origami dove) to end the third part of Paper Trail.
