Head to the Forest and proceed northwest, then north to a gate near a large spider egg. Use the key to enter.

Upon entering the battlefield, the Broodmother will attack. Smaller spiders will emerge from eggs around the arena.

The Broodmother can attack like other spiders and also spit tentacles to drag you closer.

Recommended weapons include the Submachine Gun and Riot Shotgun for quickly dispatching smaller spiders. Maintain distance from the Broodmother and focus fire on it.

Return to the previous path split and head west. Defeat a large enemy to reach a broken mine cart.

Use the Minecart Brake Lever (found earlier) and Fuel to activate the cart, opening a nearby door.

Enter the activated door to find a Workbench, TV save point, note, and containers.

Use the minecart to return to a previous area and proceed through a newly opened door with a green light.

Follow the path, encountering ambushing large spiders. The path splits northwest (dead end with loot) and northeast.

Continue along the merged southern paths, defeating large spiders, and find a trapdoor. Loot a box north of it.

Go down the trapdoor and follow the path southeast, encountering a large spider and a first-aid kit.

At the path split, head east to find a TV save point, a Crank, and a lootable box.

Return to the split and head west, crouching under supports to find boxes near a ladder (shortcut).

Go back up the ladder you came down from, head northeast, and follow the left wall to another ladder.

Climb this ladder, defeat a tentacle man, and loot a box southwest of the trapdoor.

Head south of the trapdoor, defeat a large spider, and find a box.

Head east of the trapdoor, defeat a tentacle man, and follow the path.

At the next split, take the north path, defeat a large enemy, and loot boxes and crates.

Use the Crank on the machine to open doors below.

Return to the trapdoor, go down, head northeast, then northwest, and northeast through the opened door.

Climb the final ladder to exit the tunnels.
