Alright, this next part is all about stealth and then a big fight. Just a heads-up, this guide is for the Good version of the mission. If you're going the Evil route, you'll want to check out 'Hunting the Hunters' instead.

Remember that construction site we visited a little while back? Yeah, we're heading back there. Get ready, because it's crawling with Akuran Gang Members. They'll be all over the garage, and your first job is to clear them out. Honestly, I'd suggest sticking with either the Shroud of Invisibility (Video) or Neon powers for this. They let you use Radiant Sweep, which is super handy. The other two powers are a bit tricky to use effectively here because of the low ceiling.

This fight can really drag on, so don't be shocked if the DUP shows up to join the party too. The best approach is probably to start on the roof and work your way down. Even though the individual enemies aren't too tough, take your time. Rushing in could get you swarmed, and nobody wants that.

Once the construction site is secure, you'll need to check the elevator lobby on each floor. Just shoot through the boards blocking them. After you've searched them all, you'll find that there aren't any suspected Conduits hanging around here.

Boarding Action

Now, make your way to the roof of the building. Your goal is to board the choppers. You'll need to jump onto the shipping containers attached to each one. Once you're on a container, shoot the yellow device located in the top center to detach it. The angels will then grab onto the container and take them to safety. You'll have five of these containers to free in total. The easiest way to do this is to climb to the highest nearby tower and jump from there onto the container.
