Earl — Survive Two Bullets: In Chapter 2, on the second floor, search the limbless and headless torso next to a record player and coffee table in the south room.

Jones — More Gore: Complete the chapter and pick up a crowbar. Take it to the sewer outside in the south-east corner. Go inside to find the mask.
