You'll start on the first floor. Immediately punch the dog that appears and keep punching upward to take out two melee sentries.

Head east and wait for one of the patrols to be at the door. Door slam him and kill the other guy.

Wait for the two guys in the south-east room to be close and take them out with a melee weapon.

The final guys in the west are simple. Kill the two melee guys in the south room.

Next, target the guy in the far north. Open the door and throw a weapon at the north guy as you walk over and punch the south guy. Kill them off to complete the stage.

On the second floor, you'll want to stay on the right side of the hallway as much as possible.

Knock out the three guys near you.

Use the knife to kill the guy at the east end of the hall.

Grab the shotgun and use it to shoot through the glass toward the guy in the far north. Kill as many others as you can with one shot.

Back away to the right side and kill any others who venture near you.

If you've killed any wanderers, your only choice is to go to the east and kill one or two more guys inside the south-west room with a gun.

If you see a red laser appear in windows and SWAT guys, it's time to go.

The first floor return will have a few SWAT guys. You can't kill them, but you can knock them down. Fight your way through the south-east room and get to the car to escape.

Tips

Don't underestimate the power of a well-timed punch or door slam on the first floor. It can save you ammo and get you out of sticky situations quickly.
On the second floor, using the shotgun through the glass is key. Line up your shots to take out multiple enemies at once.
Be aware of the SWAT guys on the return to the first floor. You can't kill them, but knocking them down can create openings to reach the escape car.
