This one's a bit more technical. It's a 2.60-mile track that uses parts of the oval but also dives into the infield. You'll find a decent straightaway in the middle and along the main home stretch, but it's the S-turns and U-turns that'll test you.

The Brickyard Speedway

This is the pure, 2.60-mile oval you probably picture when you think of Indy. It's mostly flat, with banked turns, and you can even see some of the original track's bricks exposed in places. It's basically a rectangle with rounded corners and four long straightaways.

Strategy:

• You'll start on a straightaway, then hit a banked left turn.
• After that, it's another straightaway, followed by another banked left turn.
• The key here is to slightly slow down for those banked turns and then absolutely floor it on the straightaways. It’s all about maximizing your speed on the straights and minimizing your loss in the turns.
