How to Beat Dragun

Master the final boss of Enter the Gungeon. Learn the Dragun's attack patterns, weaknesses, and strategies to conquer the Bullet That Can Kill The Past.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Weak Point: The Dragun's chest, once its armor is broken.
• Vulnerable to: High-damage weapons, explosives.

Phases:

1. Phase 1: Bullet Barrage
   • The Dragun remains stationary, unleashing a relentless barrage of bullets, missiles, and other projectiles.
   • It will periodically summon Bullet Kin and other enemies.
   • Its chest will glow, indicating a weak point after a certain amount of damage.
2. Phase 2: Direct Assault
   • The Dragun becomes more aggressive, charging, firing beams, and performing sweeping attacks.
   • Its chest armor breaks, revealing its true weak point.
   • Dodge roll through its attacks and aim for the chest.

Strategy:

• Phase 1: Prioritize dodging. Use cover when available. Focus fire on the Dragun's chest when it's exposed. Clear summoned enemies quickly if they overwhelm you.
• Phase 2: Stay mobile. Use the dodge roll effectively to avoid its charges and beams. Continue to target the chest. Weapons with high rate of fire or explosive damage are very effective.
• General Tips: Bring your best weapons and plenty of ammo. Consider items that grant invincibility frames or increased damage. Patience is key; don't get greedy with attacks.
