To get 100% in Dispatch, you're looking at completing the game twice, and then replaying the last two episodes one more time. This is mainly because of the different endings tied to your romance choices. For the 'We Can Just Be Friends' achievement, you'll need to go through without romancing anyone. The good news is you can break off a romance in Episode 7 and still get credit for 'no romances' when you finish Episode 8, saving you a full third playthrough.

I know it's tempting to just rush through, but the game's writing is really top-notch. I highly recommend playing through it blind first to really soak in the story.
