As you make your way out, you should find Terrance on the west side of town, past a wrecked police car, to start the quest [LAST WILL]. Continue to the location where you completed the quest Drowned Hope to find [BRUNO'S TOOLBOX]. If you have not already, pick up the quest [GODLESS ENTITIES] from Frank. Finally, return to Bruno with the tools.
