Alright, let's track down these colored skulls! They're not just for show; they're tied to some neat stuff, including a special craft. We've got two to find: a Brown Skull and a Green Skull.

Brown Skull

First up, the Brown Skull. You'll need to have finished the [BLACK HAWK DOWN] quest. Once that's done, head to the sewer portal that takes you to the northern bunker. Your job here is to take down a Suicider. After it's dealt with, look around the fallen enemies – the [BROWN SKULL] will be among them.

Brown Skull Altar

Now, this is where you use the Brown Skull. Head to the Massive Penninsula Rock. To get there, go north along the beach, east of the Lifeguard Tower. You'll pass some bungalows and a medical truck. Look for an underpass just past these. Right before you reach that underpass, you'll see some wooden planks marked with blood. This is your climbing point. Start ascending this huge rock. Keep an eye out for red arrows that pop up now and then; they'll guide you up the winding path. At the very top, you'll find two skulls marked with a flag. Place the Brown Skull here, and you'll snag the [DEVELOPER'S 666 CRAFT]. Pretty cool, right?
