Head back to the road and cross over to the other set of bungalows. Go down the steps and keep moving east, taking out any Walkers in your path. You're looking for a fence in the back corner of the cliff.

Once you reach the fence, go down the steps and into the room. You'll need to turn on all the power switches. Don't worry about the alarm that goes off when you enter; just focus on flipping those switches. Inside, you'll find a [WEAPON CHEST] and a [FACT] containing [BANOI EXCERPT #6].

Now, make your way back to Marcus. Keep an eye out for Infected that might charge you on the way back.

Talk to Marcus. He'll give you some cash and hang tight. Your next stop is Darvin.

Report back to Darvin and let him know the good news. He'll grant you access to a room where you can grab the [SIGNAL AMPLIFIER].
