Think of your clothing like any other item in DayZ – it has durability. When it gets damaged, its protective qualities go down. This means you'll get colder faster, and you might even take more damage from zombies or the environment. Customization is mostly about appearance, but it can also help you blend in or stand out, depending on what you need.

Why Repairing Matters:

• Temperature Regulation: Damaged clothing offers less insulation. A ripped jacket won't keep you as warm as a pristine one, especially in snowy areas or during rain.
