These are super important for surviving the tougher parts of the game, so it's worth hunting them down. You don't *have* to grab them in any specific order, but knowing where they are will make your journey a lot smoother.

You start with 3 Health and 10 Missiles, but we'll get you to the max of 55 Health and 54 Missiles!

Life Capsules

These bad boys permanently increase your maximum health. Here's where to find them:

1. Life Capsule 01: Head to the First Cave and go all the way to the left. Easy peasy start!
2. Life Capsule 02: In Mimiga Village, look around Yamashita Farm.
3. Life Capsule 03: Make your way to the leftmost part of the Egg Corridor.
4. Life Capsule 04: This one's a bit trickier. Find it in the Egg Corridor, but you'll need to get above Cthulhu's Abode.
5. Life Capsule 05: In Grasstown, keep an eye out near where that big ol' Jelly (Kulala) hangs out.
6. Life Capsule 06: You'll find another one in Grasstown, specifically in the Execution Chamber.
7. Life Capsule 07: Head to the Sand Zone. Go to the top corridor and look for the leftmost block column – it's sitting on top.
8. Life Capsule 08: This is a secret! In the Sand Zone, there's a hidden path near Jenka's House. You'll find it next to a puppy.
9. Life Capsule 09: In Labyrinth I, you'll find this one about halfway up. Be ready, though – three critters are guarding it!
10. Life Capsule 10: In the Plantation, it's tucked away in the top left corner.
11. Life Capsule 11: Still in the Plantation, find the puppy chilling below the killer robot shaft and talk to it.

1. Missile Expansion 01: In Grasstown, look above the Shelter and right next to the Grasstown Hut.
2. Missile Expansion 02: Inside the Grasstown Hut, in the inner part of Grasstown.
3. Missile Expansion 03: This one's a bit uncertain on the exact location, but it's in the Egg Corridor area, around where Egg No. 12 used to be.
4. Missile Expansion 04: Another slightly vague one, likely in the Egg Observation Room or the Egg Corridor area.
5. Missile Expansion 05: Make your way to Sacred Ground B3. It's in the chamber just before you face the Heavy Press. This one gives you a huge boost of +24 missiles!
