    Start on the destroyed train, kill enemies, and grab ammo. Enter the hole leading to the carnival.

    Kill Cultists below and Fanatics across the bridge. Enter the ticket booth, kill the Cultist, and proceed into the Shadow Show.

    Eliminate all Zombies in the Shadow Show.

    Optional: Find Jump Boots on top of the Rotten Candy wagon. Use them to jump over the opposite wall for Beast Vision.

    Play the Target Practice game to get a Life Seed.

    Kick three heads into the mouth game to receive an Invulnerability pick-up.

    Head to the path across from the three-head mouth game.

    Kill all Cultists, Fanatics, and Zombies in the area.

    Ride the lift back down and exit through the only closed door.

    Turn left, proceed to the "Test your Strength" sign, and turn right.

    Open the Dagger Key door and enter.

    Check crates for items and flares, then hit the switch to unlock the next door.

    Open the door, collect the Eye Key, and head back out.

    At the far end, kill the Cultists shooting from an open door.

    Head for the "Happy Go Pukey" path. Open the Eye Key door and kill all Gargoyles inside.

    Collect the Moon Key from one of the Gargoyles and exit through the "Exit" path.

    Kill the Fanatics in the next area and open the door.

    Proceed forward to the Moon Key door. Open it, and the bridge will collapse.

    Kill the Cultists and jump into the water. Swim to the other side, dive up, and hit the switch to end the level.

Secret Level: House of Horrors

  1. Do not hit the end switch. Swim back to the platform where the bridge collapsed.
  2. Step on the steps and blow up the wall on the other side.
  3. Use your Jump Boots to jump down to that wall and head inside.
  4. Dive into the water and surface on the other side.
  5. Collect the Life Seed and Super Armor.
  6. Manipulate the switches until they read: Knife (Dagger) - Eye - Moon. The level will end shortly after.
