After returning Mia to Home Base and acquiring the Artemis blood code, teleport to the Park Ruins mistle in the Ruined City Center.

Descend the ladder, approach the angel statue, and interact with it to lower the adjacent ladder.

Climb the ladder, and a cutscene will play near the bloodspring. Enter the cave and follow the path to another ladder.

Climb this ladder. At the top, go to the backside to find 5x Plasma Cartridge and the Map: Flood of Impurity.

Continue through the path to exit outside the cathedral.

Head straight to the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood Entrance Mistle and activate it.

Go down the stairs into an arena with an Armored Female Lost. Defeat it to get 1x Queen Steel.

From the entrance, go straight, then left. A Stone-Crusher guards an item by glowing vines. Defeat it to get 1x Regen Activation Factor.
