    Locate Field Manual #23 in the north-west corner of the farm, inside a covered store of chopped wood.

    From Field Manual #23, go west, hop over the fence, and cross the track into the next compound. Find Field Manual #24 between two beds in a large medical tent in the north-west corner.

    Exit the medical tent south and follow the trench west then south-west to another medical tent. Continue west along the trench and up some steps. Follow the plank path north-west and drop into the trench to the west. Climb out onto the duckboard path and find Field Manual #25 near a ruined wagon.

    Proceed west to the most northerly of four concrete blockhouses on the far northern edge of the map. Inside this bunker, find the collectible between the boxes to your left. This unlocks the Codex Entry - A War in France.

    In the War Story 2: Friends in High Places - Chapter 4: Forte et Fidele, take out enemy bombers marked with red circles on your radar (HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)). These are large, pale green twin-engined biplanes.

    After taking control in the infantry section, follow gantries to barrels and a weapon crate. Continue along catwalks west, north, east, and north until you see large metal cylinders. Find Field Manual #26 behind the second cylinder on the right.

    To unlock the Codex Entry - Airborne Cannons, mount an anti-aircraft gun at the end of the mission and destroy ten enemy planes in 30 seconds. Enemy planes are marked in red on your minimap (a small radar display on your HUD).
Tips
  • A silenced Mauser pistol is available in the weapons tent on the south side of the farmyard for stealth playthroughs.
  • The trenches can be disorienting; consider killing all enemies first and backtracking before navigating to collectibles.
