After acquiring the Arrow Legion, be aware of bright blue glints in the environment, which are Dropped Items.

In Chapter 1: Identity, after the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), you begin in the Break Room at HQ. Head to the Command Room to receive your next target: Jena Anderson.

Prepare for deployment by upgrading your X-Baton and improving your Legions using Legion Learning.

Head to the Garage, grab a motorcycle, and proceed to Harmony Square.

Upon arriving at Harmony Square (a recreation of Times Square), head up the steps to the upper promenade walkway to begin the investigation.

Complete the available Side Cases:

Red Case: Chasing Shadows - Collect four keywords: "woman in white", "ghostly armor", "strange tentacles", and "Ark Mall".

"woman in white": Speak to "Gossip Queen" (eastern stairs) or "Eyewitness" (western stairs).

"ghostly armor": Speak to "Occult Club Member No. 13" (near Gossip Queen) or "Easily Scared Woman" (south end of walkway).

"strange tentacles": Complete either of the two Blue Cases in the area.

"Ark Mall": Complete either of the two Red Cases in the area.

Blue Case: No Sense of Direction - Head west from the walkway's south end, take the left-hand stairs, and approach the "Larger Burger" restaurant door.

Blue Case: Lost Cat - In the southeast part of the walkway, find the marker on the landing. Distract the cat using a nearby can or thrown Empty Cans, then approach and press A to snag it.

Red Case: Her Biggest Fan - In the southwest part of the walkway, fight and defeat the fan who mistakes Jena for his favorite singer.

Red Case: Street Toughs - In the western park space of the upper walkway, defeat the group of thugs.

Once all four keywords for "Chasing Shadows" are collected, Olive will contact you to head to the marked spot at the north end of the upper walkway.

Proceed to the marked spot on the lower level to find Jena Anderson surrounded.

Blue Case: The Woman in White - Take a picture of Jena from the upper level (this is the only chance in the game). Then, head down to the lower level and approach her. Follow Jena into the Gate.

In Chapter 3: Pursuit, you are back in the Astral Plane. Follow the path.

Shoot an arrow at the Astral Matter in the distance to lower a red wall. Defeat the Mutt that drops.

In the next clearing, shoot arrows at three floating Astral Matter to lower a platform. Ride it up.

In the next clearing, use your Sword Legion to hack a floating pillar by pressing A.

While the Sword Legion hacks the pillar, defeat the arriving enemies: one Infantry, then two more Infantry.

Once the pillar is hacked, ride the dropping cube down to the lower level.

Continue along the path, avoiding laser pits, and defeat the Ker.

Slash down strands on walls to reveal Astral Matter. Tag three Astral Matter with arrows (two on the right, one ahead) to open the way forward.

Continue along the path. Slow down time by clicking the Right Stick to shoot the Astral Matter on the moving cube.

After clearing the wall, approach Jena.
