Sanity is your most precious resource. Efficiently managing it is key to rapid progression. Here are some tips:

• Never Cap Sanity: Always try to spend your Sanity before it reaches its maximum. This ensures you're constantly regenerating.
• Prioritize Events: During limited-time events, event stages often offer the best Sanity-to-material ratio. Prioritize farming event stages over regular resource stages.
• Targeted Farming: Don't just farm randomly. Identify which materials you need most for your next operator promotion or skill mastery, then farm the corresponding stages (AP, SK, CA).
