First Confrontation with Halsey

You'll run into Halsey pretty soon after you start the scene. After you've used Obfuscate to snag a Homicide Officer's uniform, just go through the police tape into the next room. Halsey will show up. To get through this first bit, tell her “Let’s take a time out.” She'll then hit you with a riddle. The correct answer is “I think it’s… Fire.”

Nailing this first encounter nets you +2 Willpower and -2 Hunger, which is a nice little buffer, especially after seeing all the grim stuff in the room.

Second Confrontation with Halsey

After the first chat, head through a door into the main loft area. Hang a right. You'll see some cops and feds chatting about dealing with all the staked bodies. Keep moving through the big living room. When you hit more police tape blocking your way, duck down the hallway to your right. Halsey will be waiting at the end. As you get closer, she'll get a bit uneasy and pose another riddle. This time, you need to say “I know… The cold.” Halsey will then start complaining about voices and Richard. Just go with “Yes…”, and then finish with another “Yes”.

Just like before, succeeding here gives you another +2 Willpower and -2 Hunger.

Third Confrontation with Halsey

After dealing with Halsey the second time, head into the kitchen. Have a quick chat with Officer Opuedo, then use Obfuscate again to copy a Forensics Specialist uniform. You'll need to change into it in a Safe Room – there's one just off the hallway where you had the second confrontation. Once you're changed, cross the police tape that's just outside the kitchen. Halsey will pop up again pretty quickly and guide you into another Safe Room. This is where the third and final confrontation happens. Her riddle this time is “I know… Her Childe”. After that, Halsey will bring up Richard again. Deflect by saying “But I love her”.

Success here, just like the last two times, will grant you +2 Willpower and -2 Hunger. Completing this should be enough to calm Halsey down and satisfy the bonus objective for this scene, which you won't actually see revealed until the very end.
