Follow our Uncharted 4: A Thief's End walkthrough for Chapter 3, 'The Malaysia Job,' to find all treasures and navigate the underwater sections with ease.
Alright, so we're diving into Chapter 3 of Uncharted 4, called 'The Malaysia Job.' This part kicks off with Nate underwater, 15 years later, looking for some serious loot. Don't worry, it's pretty straightforward, but there are a couple of treasures to snag if you're paying attention.
Walkthrough
- 1First off, you'll be swimming straight ahead. Keep an eye out on your right for a log that's kind of stuck between two rocks. You'll see it after the second patch of seaweed where the path splits. Check underneath that log – that's where you'll find the Antique Padlock treasure.
- 2Next, just keep swimming downstream. You're looking for a cave with two entrances. Go for the one on the left. As you swim down this tunnel, keep your eyes peeled on the right wall. When the cave opens up a bit, stop and look for a glint on the ground among the rocks. That's the Chiriqui Shark Trinket.
- 3After grabbing that, continue swimming downstream. You'll come across some wreckage. Follow it over the rocks until you find the main haul. You'll need to press L3 to interact with it.
- 4Once you've checked out the haul, face the top of the wreckage (remember, the semi-rig is on its side, so the 'top' is actually a side). Swim straight ahead until you hit a wall. To your left, you should spot a crate from the container. You'll need to come back for this later, so don't stress about it now.
Tips
- The underwater sections can feel a bit slow, but just keep pushing forward. The treasures are usually pretty visible if you look carefully.
- Don't get too caught up in trying to grab that last crate from the container; it's a bit of a red herring for now.
- Antique Padlock treasure
