Follow Emile to the interrogation room. You must choose to either shoot Lambert or Jamie. If you shoot Jamie, you will lose all JBA trust and become a kill on sight target. After this choice, Sam is no longer restricted in his movement.

Go to Jamie and scan his retina.

Exit the room and head right to the boiler room. Enrica's body should be located here. Climb the ladder to reach the garage.

Exit the garage and enter the firing range to pick up your goggles and SC-20K weapon.

Exit the firing range and move to the main area. Head downstairs to the server room to get Dayton's retinal scan. Stay against the wall to avoid detection by the patrolling guard. Wait in the darkness next to a shelf for the guard to leave the vicinity of the server room entrance.

Sneak into the server room and take out Dayton for his retinal scan.

Head towards Moss's office area, but instead, use the elevator to the right (requires a retinal scan).

Exit the elevator and flip the light switch to your right to turn off the lights before the guard turns around. Move past him and flip the next switch.

Enter the room with scientists and guards and flip the light switch to your left. Jump over the rail to the right to pick up ammo if desired.

Enter Jamie's office using the password '1234'. Obtain the last piece of professional background info. The computer also contains the new code for the main lab: '2112'.

Go through the other door in Jamie's office and drop through the opening in the floor. Climb onto a box and jump through the hole in the wall.

Avoid or take out the patrolling guard with a light. Position yourself behind the shelf on the right wall if you plan to avoid him.

When the guard passes, leave through the door and turn left. Pause at the stairs in the darkness.

Go up the stairs, out the door, and through the door to the right. Proceed through one more door to find the tunnel leading to the bomb.

A cut scene will play, and you will have a 10:00 timer to defuse the bomb.

As you approach the door, a guard will come through. Knock him out or sneak past him.

Go down the stairs and shoot a single round at the light above the door to turn it off, alerting guards in the next room.

Crouch near the glass panels or in the dark opposite wall as the guards exit to investigate.

Once they pass, hack the door or enter the code '2112'. Go straight to the ladder and climb it.

Climb the next ladder to find Emile behind bulletproof glass. Turn around and exit.

A guard will descend stairs in front of you. Jump the rail to the right and sneak behind him to knock him out.

Deal with the remaining guards (Emile and 3 others). A suggested strategy is to draw two guards towards the dark corner where the previous guard was knocked out and then open fire.

Kill the remaining guards and get Emile's retina scan.

Enter the bomb room. First, crack the safe, then hack the computer.

Defuse the bomb using the mini-game: move the arm down with the right trigger and keep the bullseye green with the left analog stick. Avoid hitting the sides of the container. Holding Sam's breath with the left trigger can help.
