Alright, we're heading into Act 3, Scene 3, the Library section (A3S3LIB). This part can get a little hectic with enemies popping up everywhere, but we'll take it step-by-step.

Walkthrough:

1. First things first, hit up those ammo crates near you. Grab a sniper rifle and slap a good scope on it – this will be super useful. As you start to push forward, enemies are going to appear all over the place. The best approach here is to send your team to cover at a good vantage point, and you find your own cover. Just slowly make your way forward, kind of like we did back in the garage. Take your time, let your team advance ahead of you, and honestly, your shooting is almost optional here.
2. Work your way towards the stairs on the left. Follow the walkway until you reach some open doors. Keep an eye upwards, though – enemies will show up on the bridge in the center and through the windows. Clear them out, then head through those doors.
3. Continue to the bridge. Watch out for an enemy on the roof and carefully cross it.
4. Once you hit the checkpoint, you'll see a room with three ways in. Ignore the door on the far left. Instead, focus on the two doors on the right side. Stack your team up at the bottom door, tag the single enemy you see patrolling, and then you should head for the door above. Warning: Don't try to 'snake' this door (peeking slowly); if you do, the enemies inside will get alerted and move.
5. Just take cover by the closed door. Look down to see the tagged enemy moving. Wait until the red marker is all the way to the left before you send your team in. Once you hear them engaging, that's your cue to open the door. Stay behind cover and take out any targets you see, which will likely be just one enemy behind a flimsy cubicle wall. After that, move your team to the other side of the bottom level, and that part should be wrapped up.
6. Head through the next door, and you'll find another ammo crate. Refill your supplies and keep that sniper rifle. Go through the first door near the crates, then 'snake' the next closed door. You'll see two enemies talking under some stairs. Tag both of them and stack your team on this door.
7. Now, you could go all the way around and up the staircase to get to the roof, but there's usually no one visible from up there. So, instead of going up the stairs on the other side, just 'snake' the door up the small steps that has the
