Part 8

From the starting area, head to the far left corner for a [_BATTERY_]. Then, proceed through the hole and down into the sewer.

Follow the linear path, crouching through a pipe to continue. At a path split, take the left path first to find the [_THE GOSPEL OF SAND DOCUMENT_] near some boxes and a busted ladder.

Return to the split and take the other tunnel, squeezing through a small opening.

You will get a new objective to find and turn two valves. A nearby map shows their locations.

As you enter the wide area, the psychopath Walker will arrive. Duck behind boxes to avoid him.

Right Path: Follow the right tunnel. At the end, a door on the left has a light. Inside is the first [_VALVE_]. Turn it and hide in a locker. Wait for Walker to leave, then exit.

Left Path: Follow the left tunnel. You can crawl through a small sewer opening or use the main path which leads to a narrow opening to squeeze through. Both paths lead to the second [_VALVE_]. Turn it and exit. Using the small pipe tunnel on your return is recommended to avoid Walker.

After both valves are turned, head back to the area where you first started the valve quest. Use the ladder across from the map to descend into the lower junction.

Follow the dark, partially flooded path, jumping obstacles and avoiding steam. Climb the ladder at the end.

You will get a new objective to find a way out. Continue down the path until you reach a door on the left. Before entering, go to the dead end ahead to find a [_BATTERY_] near a body.

Enter the door and approach the friendly patient. Record his speech to obtain the [_THE DOCTOR IS DEAD_] note.

Head down the ladder in the room. The water is red. Follow the Male Ward tunnel (the Female Ward tunnel is optional).

Navigate through the tunnel, jumping obstacles. You will reach a locked door. Crawl through the adjacent tunnel.

At a split, head right to a room with a solid floor, then work left to pull yourself up. Open the doors. Take the door to the walkway, drop into the water, follow the walkway, drop again, and take the stairs up.

Continue through the water until an object drops. Pull yourself up to a walkway and follow it to a room containing the [_STILL BLEEDING_] document near a body.
