BACKTRACKING

Central Town: First things first, head to the Dash Arena. You'll want to snag the DASH STRIKE upgrade – it's a game-changer. Then, pop over to the Tech Shop for a second ROLY POLY, and finally, the Weapons Shop to grab some AMMUNITIONS UPGRADES for your favorite weapons. After that, make your way to the Eastern exit. Don't go through it just yet! Instead, look for a path that just opened up to the North. Follow it to snag a collectible.

The Mountains: Now, take the North exit from Central Town, and then the next two exits after that. This will bring you back to the ruined village in The Mountains. You'll immediately see a door that requires 10 keys. Go through it, and inside you'll find a collectible, another collectible, and the BLUE OUTFIT. Once you've got those, warp over to the Crystal Forest on the West.

The Crystal Forest: From the Crystal Forest, head for the West exit, and then the South West exit in the area you arrive in. Now, make your way South, then West, to a platform just North of the Raccoon Hermit. Stand on the South Western corner of this platform. Aim North West and shoot a distant switch. This will open up a path to a platform with a bunch of enemies and a collectible (the / ). Be careful here, it's tricky to grab without getting zapped by the crystal traps! After that, head North West to grab another collectible, then head South from it. From this new spot, you should be able to aim and shoot a second distant switch. Continue to the platform it reveals, grab the collectible (the ) if you need it, and then walk to the South Western corner. Activate an invisible switch there to uncover a path leading to a 12-keys door. Don't open it just yet! Instead, aim South of it and shoot a third distant switch. This will create a path leading to the collectible (the ). Now, head back to the 12-keys door and open it. Inside, you'll find the YELLOW OUTFIT and another collectible (the ).

Return to Central Town: With all that done, warp back to Central Town. From there, take the Southern exit, which leads to the Barren Hills. This is where you'll continue your journey!
