Use conc. jumps or water to enter the enemy base, saving grenades for Sentry Guns (SGs). To exit the enemy flagroom, use the spiral ramps or drop down the elevator shaft. If a Soldier is in the elevator shaft, use both types of grenades or try to infect them. After grabbing the flag, duck into the room next to the spiral ramps, drop down, and use the water passage to return to your base, avoiding Snipers.

    2Fort - Infecting and Healing: When not capping, infect enemies in their base, as the enclosed area allows infections to spread quickly. If an enemy Medic is present, spend time healing in your base.

    2Fort - Demoman Strategy: Demomen can close the spiral staircase leading to your base from the water, though this is not usually advised. Demos are excellent for destroying SGs and Snipers.     2Fort - Engineer Strategy: Good Engineer build locations include the top of ramps leading to your main respawn (be brought back to life at a checkpoint after death), near spiral ramps, in the room before spiral ramps, anywhere in the flagroom area, and in the water. Keep rebuilding SGs even if destroyed frequently, and move their locations. Keep grenades full for killing invaders.

    2Fort - Spy Strategy: Spies should kill SGs, kill or gas Snipers, and potentially kill defending Soldiers and Heavy Weapons Guys.

    Badlands - Scout Strategy: Be aware of the Sentry Gun (SG) hideout in the area after grabbing the enemy flag. Before grabbing the flag, go to the ledge leading into the next room and destroy the SG with your nailgun. Falling into the crevice is often the safest way back to base. If the crevice is guarded, use the front or side door and conc. jump to safety.

    Badlands - Sniper Strategy: Good defensive positions include the Sniper balcony above your main base, the top level of your base with a path to a thin ledge, directly before the bridge in the middle of the map, and in the crevice of their own base facing the tunnel.

    Badlands - Medic Strategy: Medics are good for capping and can utilize poison for mass infections.

    Badlands - Engineer Strategy: Recommended SG build locations are in either room leading to the flag room (top of the tower or where the obvious exit to the flag tower leads), on a small ledge accessible via a ladder from the base crevice, on the wall to the right after crossing the bridge outside your base, and just inside your base entrance.

    Badlands - Spy Strategy: Spies are good cappers on Badlands. Toss grenades at SGs outside the flagroom, grab the flag, and escape. Knifing Snipers from behind, feigning death, and repeating is also effective.
