Lakeview Hotel

Upon arriving at the dock, head straight until you see blocked stairs to the right. To the left of these stairs, pick up the Lakeview Hotel Garden map.

Turn around and go up the stairs to the left of where you exited the boat. Continue in the starting direction until you reach another set of stairs.

At the top of these stairs, take the first right. At a T-section, head right to the end and pick up the Rotten Apple from the bench.

Turn around and head in the opposite direction, bypassing a fountain with a fish. Follow the path until you can go straight or right; take the right path leading to the entrance.

In the open area, head left. You will eventually see an open door to the right near a table with an umbrella.

As you head toward the entrance, you should hear piano music. Upon entering the hotel, look to the right for a billboard on the wall. Go to it to get the Lakeview Hotel map.

Head to the path to the right of the stairs leading down to the basement. Take another set of stairs leading upstairs to the lobby.

Before reaching the lobby, there is a door to the right leading to the check-in desk. On the right is a key hook with keys, including one for Room 312 and the Ornament Key, which opens the music box puzzle in the lobby.

Check the note on the counter of the check-in desk regarding the videotape.

You can save your progress at the check-in counter.

Exit the check-in area. You can use the Ornament Key to unlock the music box puzzle early.

To the left of the music box, go as far as possible to the farthest door on the left. Enter and go all the way into the Lake Shore Restaurant.

Head toward the piano to encounter Laura. After the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), take the letter Laura gave you.

Exit the Lake Shore Restaurant the way you came and turn right. In the main hallway, you will see Laura go through a door at the opposite end.

Before entering that door, head right to Cafe Toluca. Inside, find a health drink on the third table.

Continue on the path and turn left. Go behind the counter to the end to find an item.

You will get the Hotel Room 102 key. Turn around and take a right at the end.

There is a false wall to the right that you can break open. On the other side, go right for a note.

Turn around and head to the door opposite the note. On the shelf to the left, closest to the door, is a box of ammo.

Exit through the door by unlocking it. Take a right upon exiting and another right.

Go through the door Laura went through earlier. Turn left toward Room 101 and Room 102.

Warning: Watch out for a Lying Figure Variant near those rooms. Take it out.

If you inspect Room 101, watch out for a Mannequin near the bed. On the bed is a piece of paper about a funeral for Sean Mitchell.

Head out to Room 102. Inside, find a syringe in a box on a desk, a health drink on a chair with a teddy bear, and rifle shells on the bed.

Exit Room 102; there is a crawl space nearby. Use this to get further on this floor and avoid some enemies.

Inside Room 103, head to the nightstand to the right of the bed to find a health drink.

Head onto the balcony and to the right until you reach a small fence you can go over. You will be near Room 106.

Enter Room 106, but be careful of a Lying Figure that may be walking past the door. On the nightstand to the left of the bed is a box of ammo.

When exiting Room 106, wait for the Lying Figure to walk to the right past the door. Wait a bit, then exit and go to the Utility Room.

The Utility Room should be on the left after a small intersection in the hallway. Inside, head to the other side of the shelves. On the table is the Sunrise Wing Key.

To the left of the desk where the key is, find a box of ammo on a flowerpot.

Exit back into the hallway, watching out for the Lying Figure and a Mannequin.

Go into Room 106 and then Room 103.

When back in Room 103, head to the door and unlock it. You can inspect Room 104.
