Welcome to the Silent Hill 2 (Remake) walkthrough! This guide covers the main game, collectibles like Glimpses of the Past and Strange Photos, and all endings.

Hey there! Welcome to the guide for the brand new Silent Hill 2 remake. I'm here to walk you through everything, from start to finish, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

This walkthrough is designed to cover the main story of the game. On top of that, we'll be hunting down every collectible, including those tricky Glimpse of the Past items and the mysterious Strange Photos. And of course, we'll make sure you know how to achieve all the different endings the game has to offer.

Just a heads-up, the puzzle solutions in the main walkthrough are for the Standard difficulty. If you're playing on Light or Hard, or just want to check those specific solutions, you can find them in the dedicated 'Puzzle: Light,' 'Puzzle: Standard,' and 'Puzzle: Hard' sections. The same goes for any Strange Photos or Glimpses of the Past that might not be in the main path – they have their own sections too.

I've been writing guides since 2002 and have put together over 80 walkthroughs, so I'm hoping this one for Silent Hill 2 is going to be a great help to you. The guide is considered complete as of December 17, 2024, and is version 3.0.
