Once reading that, head to the right of the first drawer for a box of ammo. To the right of that, on a table, is a box with a syringe. Turn around and head back toward the wheelchair. Exit through the door near the wheelchair. Outside, there'll be a save point to the left. In the hallway, head right toward the Pharmacy. Near the Pharmacy, you'll find an elevator to the second floor. On the second floor, head right into the area outside the Nurse's Station. You'll see something covered with chains.
Uncovering it reveals a box. To unlock it, you'll need to find two codes and a key. On the wall opposite the box is a save point.
Finding the Lapis Eye Key
Head to the Nurse's Station and then to the Treatment Room. On a stool near the tubs is a box of shotgun shells. To the right and opposite the opening near the tubs, you'll find more ammo boxes on a shelf and a glass shelf. Head out through the opening opposite those and take the first doorway to the right into the Nurse's Lounge. Here you'll encounter a Bubble Head with a knife and a Mannequin. Be cautious of the Mannequin. At the farthest doorway is a first aid box containing a health drink. Through the door to the right of the first aid box is a toilet with a crawl space to its right. Crawling under it leads into the Women's Locker Room.
In the lockers on the left, a box on a desk contains a syringe. In the dresser opposite where you entered, next to a couch, you'll find a box of shotgun shells. You can unlock the door to the left. Upon exiting, you'll face a Bubble Head with a knife. Defeat it and continue in that direction around the corner to find stairs. Go up the stairs and head left toward the X-Ray Room. In the room to the right through the doorway, you'll see a frightened Mannequin. Approach it, and on a stand is an Instrument of Force. Exit through the window opposite where you are. Follow the chain to the hallway, then turn right. Watch out for another Bubble Head with a knife and a Lying Figure Variant that crawls. Defeat the Lying Figure Variant and back away. Take out the Bubble Head before it attacks. Inside D3, a box of shotgun shells is on the other side of the curtain. Exit D3, being wary of a Mannequin to the left. On the opposite side of D3, a health drink is on a stand, with another Mannequin nearby. Head back toward D2 and break the hollow wall opposite where the stairs were in the normal hospital.
Head inside and to the far end until you reach a ladder. Climb down, and watch out for any Lying Figure Variants in the area. Head toward the pantry on the current floor. On the shelf across from the sink is a box of ammo. At the end of the pantry are two doors: one in front and one to the right. The front door contains a Mannequin. Take the door on the right, and at the end is a box of shotgun shells. Head left and go into the bathroom. Go as far as you can to find a Bubble Head with a pipe emerging from a bathroom stall. Defeat it, then retrieve the box of shotgun shells from the stall. Another box of ammo is on the nearby sink. Check the first aid box for a syringe.
Unlock the door near the stall the Bubble Head came out of, and head back toward the pantry and into the kitchen. Past the ladder, a box of ammo is on a chair next to a table on the left before reaching a doorway. In the Cafeteria, you'll encounter a Bubble Head with a pipe. On a table in the center of the Cafeteria is a box of ammo. Entering the door to the left of the same table, you'll find another Bubble Head with a pipe and a Mannequin on the left wall. On the shelf next to the wall is a box of shotgun shells. To the right of this shelf is a glass shelf containing a health drink. Opposite the shelf is a desk. In the top left drawer is a box of ammo.
Look to the opening to the left of the desk, but be aware of the Mannequin on the other side of the closed shelf. Deal with it, and to the left...
