Mastering environmental interactions can turn the tide of overwhelming encounters, allowing you to dispatch foes with brutal efficiency and regain control of the situation. Look for opportunities to use the environment to your advantage, as it often provides a quicker and less risky path to victory than direct confrontation.

Key Environmental Interactions:

• Wall Slams: Enemies can be slammed into walls, stunning them and opening them up for follow-up attacks. This is particularly effective when you're surrounded, as it can momentarily incapacitate one or two attackers.
• Object Throws: Many objects in the environment can be picked up and thrown at enemies. This includes bottles, chairs, and even larger items like trash cans. A well-aimed throw can stagger opponents, break their guard, or even knock them down, creating valuable breathing room.
• Vaulting & Obstacles: Utilize tables, railings, and other obstacles to vault over enemies or create distance. This can disrupt enemy formations and allow you to isolate targets. Be mindful of the animation; you're vulnerable during the vault itself.
• Ledges & Drops: In certain areas, you can push or throw enemies off ledges or down stairs. This is an instant kill and a highly satisfying way to deal with troublesome opponents, especially when they are low on health.

Crowd Control Tactics:

When faced with multiple attackers, focus on managing the crowd rather than engaging them head-on. Use sweeping attacks to hit multiple enemies, and prioritize stunning or knocking down those who pose the most immediate threat. Environmental kills are your best friend here, as they allow you to remove threats from the fight without expending significant health or structure.

Don't be afraid to retreat and reposition if you find yourself overwhelmed. Use doorways and narrow passages to funnel enemies, making them easier to manage. The goal is to break up the enemy formation and pick them off one by one, using the environment to your advantage at every opportunity.
