Insomniac is a patient you'll encounter, and they're quite a unique case. You'll see them in two levels: Battleworn Insomniac and Super Battleworn Insomniac. Now, these levels are known for being pretty tricky, not because they have a ton of beats to hit, but because they're a bit... glitchy. You'll only need to focus on the seventh beat, but don't let that fool you into thinking it's easy!

By the end of the game, Insomniac is left with 7/8th of a heart due to something called Connectifia Abortus. It's a bit of a sad outcome, but that's part of their story.

Visually, Insomniac has brown skin, a dark ponytail with a dark blue hair tie, and is usually seen topless in gray trousers. They also wield a sword that they swing when they get excited. It's worth noting that while they have 7/8th of a heart in *Super Battleworn Insomniac*, they actually have a full heart in the *Helping Hands* mission.

A little heads-up: if you happen to fail either of Insomniac's levels, you'll see their head fall off in the fail animation. It's a bit gruesome, but it's part of the game's style.

There's a bit of trivia about Insomniac too: their name comes from the word 'insomnia,' meaning not sleeping well. They also have very little dialogue in the game, with only one line. They're sometimes grouped with Samurai as 'the two guys with the swords,' though both have been referred to by their names.
