After successfully treating a patient, their patient chart is added to your records. These charts serve as a form of progression tracking and often contain humorous or insightful lore about the patient and their unique ailment. While they don't offer direct gameplay bonuses, collecting all patient charts is a goal for completionists and provides a narrative reward. You can typically review these charts in the Hospital Hub, often by interacting with a specific terminal or filing cabinet.

Each chart details the patient's name, their specific rhythmic condition, and sometimes even their personal story or quirks. Reading through them can provide context for the challenges you faced during their treatment and deepen your appreciation for the game's world-building. Think of them as collectible lore entries rather than functional equipment.
