The Neo-Kyoto Docks are your entry point into the world of REMATCH, a bustling but dangerous industrial zone. Focus on mastering basic movement and combat while keeping an eye out for these crucial early-game pickups.

• Data Shard: "Dockyard Scraps" (1/3):

  Upon entering the main cargo bay, head towards the stack of derelict shipping containers on the far left. Use your Grapple Hook ability to ascend to the top of the tallest container. The Data Shard is nestled between two rusted crates. This shard provides a minor XP boost and unlocks a lore entry about the dock workers' plight.

• Prototype Energy Cell (Secret Upgrade Material):

  After your first encounter with the Scrap Golem mini-boss, proceed through the now-open gate. Instead of following the main path, look for a partially submerged pipe leading under the walkway. Crouch and navigate through the pipe to a hidden alcove. The Energy Cell is guarded by two Automated Sentries. Defeat them to claim this valuable component, essential for early weapon upgrades.

• Combat Log: "Initial Recon" (Lore Item):

  In the administrative office area, just before the first major boss arena, locate the broken terminal on the desk. Interact with it using your Interface Scan ability. The log details the initial reconnaissance efforts by the Resistance against the Syndicate's presence in Neo-Kyoto.

• Data Shard: "Smuggler's Cache" (2/3):

  During the boss fight against the Dreadnought Enforcer, after its shield phase, a small, destructible control panel will become vulnerable on the right side of the arena. Target and destroy it quickly with a charged attack. The Data Shard will drop from the panel. This requires precise aiming and timing.

Sector 2: Shinjuku Skyway – High Stakes Pursuit

The Shinjuku Skyway is a vertical challenge, demanding precise platforming and aerial combat. Collectibles here are often found in precarious positions or require specific movement techniques.

• Data Shard: "Skyway Blueprint" (1/3):

  From the starting point, immediately look up and to your right. There's a series of moving platforms. Time your jumps and use your Air Dash ability to reach the highest platform. The Data Shard is at the very edge, overlooking the city below. This shard unlocks a new cosmetic option for your character.

• Neural Processor Unit (Secret Upgrade Material):

  After navigating the first series of laser grids, you'll reach a section with multiple holographic advertisements. One particular ad, featuring a ramen bowl, flickers inconsistently. Use your EMP Pulse ability near it. A hidden passage will open behind the ad, leading to a small chamber. The Neural Processor Unit is inside a locked container, requiring a successful Hacking Minigame to retrieve. This item is crucial for unlocking advanced character abilities.

• Resistance Intel: "Syndicate Movements" (Lore Item):

  In the control tower section, just before the final ascent to the boss arena, there's a deactivated console. Activate it using the nearby power conduit (requires Power Surge ability). Once active, interact with the console to download the Intel. This provides critical information about the Syndicate's strategic objectives.

• Data Shard: "Glitched Transmission" (2/3):

  During the boss fight against the Aero-Interceptor Unit, specifically in its second phase when it deploys drone swarms, a small, glowing anomaly will briefly appear on the left side of the arena, near a ventilation shaft. Hit it with a rapid-fire weapon before it vanishes to acquire the Data Shard. This is a very tight window and often missed on the first attempt!

Sector 3: The Undercity Archives – Echoes of the Past

  Upon entering the main archive chamber, proceed to the central data core. Instead of activating it, look for a hidden ventilation shaft on the ceiling to your left. Use your Wall Run ability to reach it, then crawl through. The Data Shard is at the end of the shaft, in a small, dusty alcove. This shard provides insights into the pre-Syndicate era.

• Temporal Stabilizer (Secret Upgrade Material):

  After deactivating the first set of security lasers, you'll enter a room with several holographic projections of historical events. One projection, depicting a bustling marketplace, will occasionally glitch. Use your Chronos Shift ability to momentarily slow time when the glitch occurs. This will reveal a hidden button on the floor. Press it to open a secret compartment in the wall, containing the Temporal Stabilizer. This rare item is essential for unlocking advanced time-manipulation abilities.

• Ancient Cipher (Lore Item):

  In the restricted data vault section, after bypassing the biometric scanner, you'll find a series of ancient terminals. One terminal, distinguishable by its glowing red light, requires a specific sequence of inputs. The sequence is hidden in a nearby mural (look for glowing symbols).   During the boss fight against the Archivist Prime, specifically when it enters its "data overload" phase and summons spectral projections, a small, flickering data packet will appear on the far right of the arena, near a broken server rack. You must destroy it with a precise melee attack while simultaneously dodging the boss's attacks. This is a high-risk, high-reward collectible.

Post-Game Collectibles: The Nexus Core – True REMATCH

Even after conquering the main story, the world of REMATCH holds many secrets within the mysterious Nexus Core. These post-game collectibles are crucial for achieving 100% completion, unlocking ultimate challenges, and discovering the true ending.

• Nexus Key Fragment (Post-Game Quest Item):

  After completing the main narrative, return to the Resistance Headquarters. Speak to Commander Anya. She will task you with recovering the fragmented Nexus Key. The first fragment is located deep within the Abandoned Research Facility, accessible only after acquiring the Master Override Chip from the Rogue AI: Cerberus in the Digital Wasteland. This fragment is vital for accessing the Nexus Core.

• Legendary Prototype Weapon: "Singularity Cannon" (Ultimate Weapon):

  To forge the Singularity Cannon, you must first collect three rare components: the Quantum Core (dropped by the Void Sentinel in the Temporal Rift), the Exotic Matter Conduit (found in a hidden vault on Orbital Platform X-7, accessible via the Black Market Nav-Data), and the Harmonic Resonator (a reward for completing the Trial of the Architect in the Construct's Labyrinth). Bring all three to the Master Engineer Kaito in The Forge District.
