Learn how to create detailed maps in Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth. Discover how to use Auto-Map and place icons and notes to navigate dungeons effectively.

Alright, so one of the coolest things about Persona Q, which it totally got from the Etrian Odyssey games, is that you get to draw your own maps for every dungeon. Seriously, the whole bottom screen of your 3DS becomes your personal dungeon explorer's notebook! When you first step onto a new floor, it's a totally blank canvas. As you move around, the basic tiles will fill in automatically, showing you where you've been. But here's the catch: that only covers the floor itself. Anything extra, like walls you've built or special icons you want to place, that's all on you.

Don't sweat it though, because the game has this awesome feature called 'Auto-Map'. What it does is automatically draw in all the walls for you. So, your main job becomes placing those handy icons to mark important spots. You'll find all these icons on the bottom right of your 3DS screen. The more detailed you make your map, the easier it'll be to find your way around later. And if you want to leave yourself little reminders, there's a special red icon for notes. Just remember, you can only have up to 32 of those notes on your map at any given time.
