Initially, The Anomaly was a mysterious phenomenon that appeared after the Trenchlight event, which caused widespread devastation and mutations among the human population on the planet of Enoch. Those who survived and were exposed to The Anomaly often developed extraordinary powers, becoming known as Altered.

The Anomaly's effects are diverse and often unpredictable. It can grant individuals incredible abilities, such as pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, telekinesis, and more.
