    Approve Emma's voice authentication. You can choose to approve or reject it; rejecting it will require you to do it a second time, after which Emma will manually override it.

    Locate the three hatch controls around the room (black rectangles with green lights). Pair with each one by pressing A.

    Emma will ask you to open the door to EAS-11. Press A on the hatch control above the EAS-11 door.

    Press the menu button to access SAM OS. You can view the station map and icon legend. Use the right bumper to access SAM's memory core.
