Follow this walkthrough for Observation to navigate the Chinese module, find Data Points 10 and 26, and progress through the Russian arm.
Walkthrough
- 1After regaining control, you'll be in a Chinese module with Emma. Familiarize yourself with the environment as there's no map or system access.
- 2Proceed through the open hatch ahead (the direction Emma is facing).
- 3You'll reach a sealed hatch. Trigger-click it to signal Emma to open it for you.
- 4Go through the next open hatch to a fork in the road.
- 5Do not go towards the floating helmet and air tanks yet. Turn around and head in the other direction to find a laptop in front of a sealed hatch.
- 6Interact with this laptop to find [Data Point 10].
- 7Turn around and head towards the floating helmet. You can trigger-click the helmet for optional dialogue.
- 8Continue past the helmet, following the curve, to find a room with a laptop mounted on the wall above a brown desk.
- 9The laptop is protected by a PIN code. The code '1942' is on a sticky note on the wall opposite the laptop, behind a pair of binoculars.
- 10Enter '1942' into the laptop to receive [Data Point 26].
- 11Return to the fork in the road where you originally entered from the Chinese arm, near the floating helmet.
- 12Look for a hatch with 'Link B' printed on it and trigger-click it for Emma to open.
- 13Continue through this hatch to find UC-01 "Central", the station's central hub.
- 14On the right side of UC-01, find a laptop. Emma will ask about it.
- 15Trigger-click the laptop for a cutscene and [Data Point 4]. Note that there are more Data Points along this linear route, but they can be collected later.
- 16Follow Emma into the Russian arm.
- 17At the end of the Russian arm, Emma will stop in RUS-06. Approach her for another cutscene.
Tips
- Data Points in Parts V and VI are missable and may become unavailable after certain points. Collect them as you encounter them.
- The initial Chinese module is dark and disorienting. Take your time to explore and get your bearings.
- There are several Data Points along the linear path in the Russian arm. While they can be collected later, it's generally recommended to grab them as you go to avoid backtracking.
