Mordhau allows for a surprising amount of psychological warfare. Using emotes, taunts, and even specific character voices can get into your opponent's head. A well-timed laugh after a kill, or a confident 'Come at me!' can throw an enemy off their game. Some players even use 'friendly' emotes to bait opponents into dropping their guard. However, be careful not to overdo it, as it can also make you a target. The visual customization of your character can also play a role; a menacing-looking knight might intimidate, while a ridiculous jester might confuse. Use these elements subtly to gain a mental edge over your adversaries. Remember, a confused or angry opponent is an easier opponent.
