Walkthrough:

Since this is a total stealth mission, your best bet is to take it slow and steady. Think about using C4 for the oily water separator tank; it's great because you can set it and detonate it from a safe distance. If things get hairy or you need a distraction, Quiet can be a lifesaver. She can draw enemy fire and attention, giving you the breathing room you need to focus on the main objectives.
