First things first, head to the Landing Zone just north of the Yakho Oboo Supply Outpost. Your trusty steed, D-Horse, is perfect for this journey, so make sure he's ready to ride.

As you make your way towards the objective, you might pass through the Aabe Shifap Ruins. If you haven't fought Quiet yet, this is where that encounter will likely trigger. Don't worry too much if it does; you'll be pulled out of this Side Op anyway, and you'll have to tackle her before proceeding.

Keep an eye out for guard outposts along your route. You can either stop and check them for potential new recruits or just keep moving towards the power plant. Your call!

Your main objective is the power plant. When you arrive, you'll need to get to a specific door on the far end. The southern side of the compound is usually the best approach.

You'll run into some enemies here. To make things easier, try to get onto the roofs of some buildings. This gives you a great height advantage for scouting enemy positions. You can stick to the ground, but you're more likely to be spotted by guards on higher ground.
