Acorn Heights: This track features Pancakes as its special 'Food' item. These can help you unlock alternate costumes for certain characters. When you spawn in, head forward through the tunnel. As soon as you exit, look to your left – you'll find the Yoshi shop there. The table lists characters like Explorer, Baby Daisy, Baby Peach, Baby Rosalina, Bowser Jr., Toad, Toadette, Pro Racer Waluigi, Wicked Wasp Wario, Work Crew Baby Mario, and Baby Luigi.

Mario Circuit: Here, the special 'Food' item is a Donut, which also helps unlock alternate costumes. After spawning, go forward a bit. Once you're past the building, turn left to enter the shop and find the Yoshis. The characters available here include Aero Daisy, Peach, All-Terrain Bowser, Luigi, Mario, Pro Racer Bowser Jr., Toad, Toadette, Wario, and Yoshi (R).

Peach Stadium: This track offers Cake as its 'Food' item, useful for unlocking character costumes. Head straight from the spawn point and go down the ramp. At the bottom, check to your right (or left) – you'll spot some Yoshi trucks. The characters you can find here are Pro Racer Bowser, Daisy, Koopa Troopa, Luigi, Mario, Peach, and Rosalina.

Rainbow Road: Unlike the others, this track doesn't have any specific 'Food' items or unlockables associated with it. It's just pure racing to the finish line!
