Hey there! Ready to tackle the Lightning Cup in Mario Kart Tour? It's a fun one, and completing it unlocks the awesome Bowser Jr. for you to play as. This cup features four tracks, and each one has a special Food item you can grab to unlock alternate costumes for some characters. Let's break down each track so you know exactly where to find those items and what to expect!

Moo Moo Meadows

On this track, the Food item you're looking for is Milk. When you first spawn in, don't move. Look to your left, slightly behind you and up a small hill. You should spot a Yoshi there – that's your target! There's actually another one behind the building on the right, but the first one is usually easier to get to right away.

Choco Mountain

Here, the Food item is Roast Meat. As you start, follow the path downhill, passing the first "P" block. Keep going until you reach the bottom. You'll see another "P" block, and just to its right, next to the ramp leading up, is the Yoshi. Grab that item!

Toad's Factory

The Food item on this track is Soda Pop. From your starting position, head left, going over a small dirt hill and past some big metal containers. Keep an eye out in the distance; you'll see a Yoshi sitting right between a "P" Block and a "?" Panel. That's where you'll find your item!

Bowser's Castle

For Bowser's Castle, you're hunting for Curry and Naan. Head downhill a bit from the start until you see two large metal chains leading up to a higher platform. Your best bet is to use a Charge Jump or a Boost Jump to land on one of those chains. The Yoshi is waiting at the top!

Pro Tip: If you're struggling to reach the chains, don't worry! There are Item Blocks down below. Grabbing a Mushroom or Feather from them can give you the extra boost you need to make that jump much easier.
