Start outside your cell. Move into the shadows and along the left wall to the end of the corridor.

Turn left, then left again into another hallway. Pick up the syringe on the floor.

Target the orderly at the end of the hall (L+R or L). Approach to initiate a kill. Choose your kill type; the orderly won't react unless you make noise.

After killing the orderly, go through the door, turn right, and head up the stairs.

At the top, turn left into a corridor. You will be attacked by an inmate. Target him and step closer to fight. Hold the attack button to wind up for extra damage. You can press Triangle to block, but it still causes damage. Defeat the inmate with brute force and stomp him out by holding Square until the targeting reticles disappear.

Go to the end of the hall, turn left into the last door. Collect the syringe and painkillers on the right wall.

Leave the room, turn left, and proceed after the cutscene. Move into the shadows.

Face a wall and punch it to lure the guard out of the control room. When his back is turned, approach and kill him with the syringe.

Enter the control room. Grab the pen on the left and hit the switch on the right wall to open the door.

Exit the control room and go through the opened door. Take the right elevator and press the switch.

Exit the elevator and go through the door. Hug the left wall (Triangle) and move to the far right. Peek around the corner and wait for the inmate to turn his back. Dash to the culvert in the right wall. Hug the wall until the inmate passes, then execute him with the pen.

Go to the end of the hallway, turn right, then right again. Hit the switch on the wall.

Go through the door and hug the left wall. Tap Square to knock on the wall and lure the orderly. Move left into the shadows and wait for him to investigate. Stalk behind him and kill him. Alternatively, if the orderly is far down the corridor, enter the second room on the left (#206) which is full of shadows. The fourth room on the left has another syringe and painkillers.

Go to the end of the corridor, turn right, and walk down the stairs. You will likely be ambushed by an inmate. Fight him or hide in the cells on the right wall.

After killing the inmate, close all doors along the right wall to open the main door (switches must all be red). The 3rd cell from the stairs has a shard of glass. A syringe is on the floor near the stairs.

Go through the now-unlocked door to the left of the cells. Turn left and go through the green double doors.

Immediately move into the small control room to your left. Hide in the shadows.

Wait for the second orderly to enter the main room and turn back. Kill the first orderly (watching monitors) and take the pen on the table.

Move back into the shadows. If the second guard notices the body, he will investigate, turning his back. Kill him. If he doesn't notice, sneak out and execute him on the way to the stairs. A checkpoint is activated at the green double doors.
