Alright, let's head up to the Hotel Loft in Lorelei and the Laser Eyes. This area is mostly storage, but there are a few key rooms and puzzles tucked away up here. Think of it as a smaller, more focused area compared to the main hotel floors.

You'll initially get here from the Hallway on the 3rd Floor. Once you're up, you'll find a Computer for saving your game, which is always handy. Plus, you can get into the 1963 Loft from here.

Loft Map Overview

The map shows a few distinct areas:

1 - Loft: This is the main upper passage.
2 - 1963 Loft: A small room connected to the main loft.
3 - 2014 Loft: Another small storage space.
4 - Loft Storage: Accessed via a special door.
5 - Room 1938: A key year-themed room.

Specific Areas and Puzzles

1938 Door and Room 1938

To get into Room 1938, you'll need to find its key. The game hints that keys for these 'Year Doors' are usually found by just exploring and solving other puzzles, rather than being in a specific, hidden spot. Once unlocked, Room 1938 contains a puzzle related to the year itself. The hints suggest using a camera and its viewfinder to line up with the digits of '1938'. You'll then need to find corresponding sized squares in paintings on the wall. The order you find these squares in will correspond to the puzzle box in the Exhibition, Boxes area. Specifically, the puzzle box on the left side of that room, second from the front, is the one you'll interact with. Solving this gets you Torn biography, page 1938.

Revolver Door and Loft Storage

The key for the Revolver Door, which leads to Loft Storage, is also found by solving puzzles elsewhere, particularly in the Back Yard. Inside Loft Storage, you'll find two mannequins. To figure out what to do with them, you'll need to find two Video Cassettes: one in the West Wing, 2nd Floor, and another in the Prison in the Cellar. Playing these in the VCR in the Room 2014 TV Room will reveal a random sequence of head turns for the mannequins. Mimic this sequence on both mannequins to get a note, which is useful for another puzzle.

1963 Loft and the Printing Device

This small room connects to Room 1963 Study. Inside the 1963 Loft, you'll find a Printing Device. This device requires a case-sensitive code. The hints point towards a nearby diorama. You'll need to examine the diorama from all angles to match lines and reveal letters. Pay close attention to the size of the letters compared to numbers to determine if they're uppercase or lowercase. You're looking for four letter-number combinations. While the exact code is random, the letters involved are 'M', 'a', 'z', 'e'. You'll need to input them in the correct order based on the diorama. Solving this puzzle rewards you with Bug Report 3.

2014 Loft

This is a small storage space in the northeast corner, accessible from Room 2014 Study. It doesn't have any other exits. The puzzle here involves a Document Tube, but the code is randomized. For this, you'll need to check the dedicated Document Tubes section of the guide. Solving it rewards you with the map of the Loft.
