Walkthrough

You'll start in a room where you need to pull a switch to initiate some rotation. As soon as the crate drops, move to the right. Wait for the room to rotate a bit more, then push the crate all the way to the right edge of the platform. This crate is your ticket to crossing the gap before the small gate closes. If you don't make it, you'll get crushed by that boulder we saw earlier.

After hopping the gap, wait for the next box to drop on the left. Push this one to the ledge and use it to jump across the pit to your right.

Once you're on solid ground that doesn't rotate, keep moving right. You'll see a cog; jump on it and ride it across to the right. Jump off and keep going until you spot a lone figure sitting on the ground.

As you get close to the figure, a brain slug will pop out and ambush you! You'll need to run back the way you came.

After the brain slug attack, head back to the left. You'll need to time your jump off the cog's teeth to reach the platform above.

Jump back across the cog and up to the higher platform. Continue forward until you reach a beam of light. Now, run back to the right, over the cog again. You'll notice the room has completely changed its layout.
