Xbox360 Exclusive Hidden Eggs

Discover the locations of 11 hidden eggs exclusive to the Xbox 360 version of Limbo. These eggs contribute to game completion percentage beyond 100%.

In addition to the eggs required for achievements and trophies, the Xbox 360 version of Limbo features 11 extra hidden eggs. Collecting these allows players to achieve a game completion percentage exceeding 100% on Xbox Live leaderboards. After completing the game, you can revisit any chapter to collect them.

Here is a list of the non-achievement related secret eggs in order of appearance:

1. Egg 1: Chapter 8

   Location: In the area with the mine cart and rope suspended above spiked cogs. Climb the rope until it stops descending. Jump back to the ladder on the left, climb up, and run left into the previous chapter. Drop into the first hole you encounter to find the egg. Exit quickly to avoid spikes.

2. Egg 2: Chapter 9

   Location: From the start, run left. Grab the crate and push it as far left as possible, positioning it on the ledge's edge. Return right, scare the creature into the hamster wheel to start the rain. Run back to the crate; an egg will be on top of it.

3. Eggs 3-5: Chapter 14

   Location: From the location of the 'Alone in the Dark' achievement egg, run right until you hit a wall. Hold the action button and back on the stick to pull out a block. Jump onto this and continue right to find Egg 8. Shortly after, listen for your character's footsteps on a different-sounding surface. Continue right to another wall, jump up, turn around, and perform a running jump left; you should fall through to an area below. Follow the passage right to find Egg 9. Continue right until you hit a wall again. Press down on the control stick and drop to a platform below. Run right and jump up at a wall. Continue right to find Egg 10 below you. Listen for clanging footsteps, then drop right off the platform, hit the use button, pull the box out of the way, and jump down to grab the egg. From here, go into the cave beneath the ladder and follow it right. Inside, there is one achievement/trophy egg and three other eggs in the dark.

4. Egg 6: Chapter 17

   Location: After starting the room rotation and climbing the first cog, continue to the top and head right. In the darkness above the cog, you will find the egg.

5. Egg 7: Chapter 21

   Location: Load chapter 21 and drop into the pit. Grab the box furthest right and push it over. Activate the gravity switch. When the timer expires, quickly drag this same box to the right wall. When the other box returns, they will have swapped places. Push the box that is now furthest right pa
