Alright, let's talk about getting that Rocket Sniper Trophy in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. You'll get a rocket launcher pretty early on, and the game will even give you a quick rundown on how to use it during one of your first sea voyages. To actually use it, you need to switch from sailing your ship to being on the deck. Once you're there, just hold down L2/LT to aim your rocket launcher and then hit R2/RT to fire. The catch is, the default rocket launcher isn't very powerful, so it'll take ages to sink a ship with it.

The real MVP for this trophy is the Captain’s Meteor Launcher. Thankfully, there are a couple of ways to snag this trophy. Your first option is to really beat up an enemy ship until it's almost sunk, then hop onto the deck and blast it with rockets until it goes down. The downside here is that your basic launcher only has ten shots and it's pretty weak, so you'd need the enemy vessel to be on its last legs anyway.

The better way, and the one I highly recommend, is to upgrade your rocket launcher to something much more potent. Whenever you get the chance to upgrade your ship, head into the Change Equipment menu. You can do this whenever you're picking your next destination. Navigate to the Rocket Launcher tab and look for the Captain’s Meteor Launcher. It'll set you back $10,000 but it boasts a solid 350 attack rating, which is about seven times stronger than the starter weapon. Once you've got it equipped, jump into some random ship fights while you're exploring. Take down all but one ship, leaving it with minimal health. Then, it's just a matter of heading to the deck, maybe tossing a smoke screen for cover, and then unloading rockets until you sink it. You'll need to do this to five different ships to unlock the trophy/achievement.
