The Bubble: Head left and use Sense (a mechanic to find hidden objects) to find a blue handle. Magnet (a mechanic using magnetic abilities) it to move the janitor closer. Mind Control (a mechanic to control NPCs) him and send him to the right Tech Panel (an interactive panel). To hack the computer, match the colors on the three wheels. For the first wheel: outer ring twice, inner ring once. For the second wheel: outer ring twice, inner ring once, center twice. For the third wheel: repeat the second wheel's sequence. Enter the system and hit the big door icon in the center to close them.

Villain Team-Up: Wonder Woman: Head up the hallway and use Cheetah to dig up a dirt pile. Assemble the revealed object and use the Flash Pad (a pad that activates a character's speed abilities) to get rid of tentacles. Hop on the elevator buttons to ride up. Continue down the path, up the ladder, and to the right. Have Diana (Wonder Woman) pull down an orange hook to enter the lower room. Smash everything inside to assemble a treadmill, which activates lasers for Diana to reflect into the gold parts of the tentacles. Head to the console, repair the switch, and flip both switches.

Villain Team-Up: Batman: Head down the green wall and use X-Ray Vision (a mechanic to see through certain objects). Match the colors on the sides and activate the center. Send Cyborg up the stairs in Stealth Suit (a suit providing camouflage) to avoid a camera. Head through the pistons. Have Batman hit the object in the center of the green wall to switch the pistons so Cyborg can continue right. Use the Tech Panel in the next room to move panels, allowing Batman and Joker to cross right. Use the laser in Batman's Space Suit (a suit with laser abilities) to carve out a gold wall. Switch to Joker and use his Magnet Suit (a suit with magnetic abilities) to pull a blue shiny object, reconnecting with Cyborg. Cyborg, in his Giant Suit (a suit that increases size and strength), can pull open green handles on the right wall to proceed.

In the next area with tentacles, blast the silver cap on the water. Go to the green wall on the right and use X-Ray Vision. Adjust the objects inside to make a straight line, then grapple the box that pops up to get the ARCTIC SUIT (a suit that allows freezing). Hold down B to freeze the water, then use Cyborg's Giant Suit to smash the ice and tentacles. Continue up the stairs and magnet the blue shiny blocks to reveal a switch. Pull it and have Joker use his FLOWER SUIT (a suit that grants mind control). Use this ability on the left-hand guy to have him throw the switch, opening the way for the last team.

Villain Team-Up: Robin: Head right and smash lit-up objects to assemble a Fuel dispenser. Switch to Lex Luthor, who has suits including Giant, Hazard, Space, Stealth, and Techno. Fuel up Luthor and fly him to the upper right. Use his Techno Suit (a suit with advanced tech capabilities) on the Tech Panel. Hit the buttons blue, green, yellow, then red to open a pinhole panel below. Drop down and use it. Have Killer Croc drop into the water on the left and yank green handles, revealing another pinhole panel. Go to the right end of the upper part as Luthor and laser a gold panel to uncover a hook Robin can use to grapple up. Have Robin magnet a blue panel to uncover the Battery dispenser. Assemble the light in the darkened area, then use the pinhole panel to move grapple arms into position. Step on the button in the back to ride the elevator up to the controls. Use the Tech Panel, aim the crosshairs at Brainiac's ship, and fire.

Watchtower Interlude: Speak to Plastic Man in the main room to start a quest. He wants you to take down Mr. Freeze. Switch to Batman's Sensor Suit (a suit that allows invisibility), turn invisible, and hit Mr. Freeze three times.

To get through a door, use Sense near ice to find stalactites above. Throw a Batarang at them to drop pieces for a Plastic Pad (a pad that activates Plastic Man's abilities). Switch to Plastic Man and press B while on the pad to break through ice. Head into the hangar, then up and right. Defeat thugs, then use Arctic Batman to put out fires. Assemble a chair to hack into a computer.

Run along the maze that appears, hop over platforms that can kill you, then run along moving platforms to hit three boxes containing the code.
