Lost in a cave? This guide details how to navigate the treacherous caverns of The Great Cave Offensive in Kirby Super Star, find all 60 treasures, and beat the bosses.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Start by heading right and entering the door to the next area.
  2. 2
Sub-Tree: Continue right and grab the first treasure, a Gold Medal (1). Keep going right and take the lower path. Destroy the stone statue to find a door. Inside, float right, then swim down quickly to grab a Gold Coin (2). Exit and head right. You'll see three bomb blocks; destroy the left and right ones, but leave the middle one. Drop down, head left, and destroy another bomb block to find the Whip (3). Continue right through the door.
  3. 3
In the next room, head right and drop down to a switch. Before hitting it, grab the Wing ability from nearby bird enemies – it'll help with the upcoming maze. Navigate the maze by hitting switches in a segment and quickly moving through the openings before they close. If you get stuck, doors will bring you back to the start. At the end, open the chest for a Crystal Ball (4). Break the bomb block above and head right. Go down the ladder, then drop through the thin platform into the water. Swim right and up; on the first platform, jump up through the blocks to find a Lucky Cat (5).
  4. 4
Drop into the water and swim to the far right. Before entering the door, break the bomb block to create a shortcut. Enter the next room. Fly right (avoiding the platforms above the lava). Go up and left past a swinging enemy, then destroy the statue. Head back to where you entered the room and open the chest for the Seiryu Sword (6). Go right, drop through the thin floor, and break the bomb block to go down. Head right to find the Screw Attack (7).
  5. 5
Go back out of this passage and fly up to the gray blocks in the ceiling. Destroy the protruding statue and break the blocks to the right to find the chest with Echigo Candy (8). If you need to save, use the sparkling doors (save rooms) in the room below. Continue right and take the lower path to two blocks on the ground. Break them and the stone statue below. Continue up and right briefly. Destroy another gray block in the wall to make a chest drop. Head back left by the save room. Below it, drop through two thin ledges, swim right, and head up to the chest containing a Phanto Mask (9). Break the bomb block to the right and swim up, then go through the door to the next room.
  6. 6
Defeat the hammer mini-boss to the right. Then, head to the upper-left area where you’ll find a cannon. Jump in and shoot straight up to reach the chest containing a Star Stone (10). Head down the ladder and continue right, navigating another set of ladders. Pass a mirror and cutter enemy, then break a block in the wall and go through the passage to a chest containing the Beast's Fang (11).
Tips
  • The sparkling doors are save rooms, so use them when you can!
  • The Wing ability is very helpful for navigating the switch maze.
  • Don't break the middle bomb block in the Sub-Tree area – it's a trap!
  • Finding all 60 treasures unlocks 100% completion.
  • Defeating bosses in each main area progresses you through the cave.
