Follow this Heavy Rain walkthrough for the 'Twins' chapter, guiding you through John's childhood games, the 'Jump of Death', and the tragic events leading to his demise.
Walkthrough
- 1Follow John to the platform. Hold L1 and mash [X] to let him boost you up. Mash [X] again to help him up.
- 2Follow John left and navigate the field of poles by tapping Right, Right, Up, Left, Left, and Up.
- 3Tilt the controller left to slide down the ramp.
- 4Approach the pipe, hold the analog stick Down, then mash L1 and R1 to walk through it.
- 5To leap onto the next platform, hold [Square] and [X], release, and tap Up as you run toward it.
- 6Follow John up the stairs.
- 7Approach the pile of blocks. Tap Up to climb, then hold R1 and L2 and mash [X] to reach the top.
- 8Climb across the beam by alternately tapping the analog stick Left and Right (starting left).
- 9Follow John down the stairs to the big pipe. Hold [O] and L2, then release to slide down.
- 10Follow John up the wall. At lowest difficulty, tap Up. At highest difficulty, alternately rotate clockwise from left and counterclockwise from right (starting right).
- 11Follow John across the wooden beam. Keep your arms level by tilting the controller opposite to John's brother's movements.
- 12Leap across the gap by holding R1, L1, and [O], release, and shove the controller up when prompted.
- 13Make the Jump of Death by holding R1, [Triangle], L2, L1, and [O], release, and shove the controller up.
- 14Play hide-and-seek with John. To play fair, say numbers one at a time. To speed up, pick the highest number each time: tap [X] five times, then [Triangle] three times, then [Square].
- 15Look for John to your left, stuck in a dangerous position. Pull him out by holding Up and mashing R1, then holding Up, shoving the controller up twice, and shaking the controller up-and-down.
- 16John's brother cannot pull him out and leaves to find help. The scene snaps back to the present.
